Privacy notice for vale3d.co.uk, including information about the cookies we use.

This page explains what data we collect when you visit vale3d.co.uk, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We do not run any server-side tracking on this site. The only personal data we hold is what you send us directly — for example, the files and contact details you submit through the quote widget, or the contents of any email you send to info@vale3d.co.uk.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. To do this, we load the Google tag (a small JavaScript file from googletagmanager.com) only after you give consent via the banner shown on your first visit.

Once loaded, the Google tag may set the following cookies on your browser:

  • _gcl_au — used to attribute conversions to ad clicks. Expires after 90 days.
  • _gcl_aw — used to record ad click information. Expires after 90 days.
  • IDE — set by DoubleClick (Google) to measure ad performance. Expires after 13 months in some regions.

These cookies are set by Google, not by us. The data they collect is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Ads for personalised advertising or remarketing. The tag is configured for measurement only.

Your choice is stored in your browser as a localStorage value. To change it at any time, clear your browser’s site data for vale3d.co.uk (in Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored for each site → vale3d.co.uk → Clear data). The consent banner will reappear on your next visit.

You can also block the cookies above via your browser’s privacy settings, or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on — though we do not run Google Analytics on this site.

If we change anything material, we’ll update this page and bump the date below.
